Text of Complaint by Sandeep Patnaik:

I am facing consistent broadband connectivity issues since last 45 days wherein I have reported more than 9 times for service outage which has lasted for more than 24 hours a couple of times as well since Dec 2019 till date. Everytime I report the issue they say it’s an unplanned outage and they keep changing the ETA for service restoration. How can the same area face unplanned outage for 9 times within 45 days? This either means their technical team is not good enough or they are least bothered about their customers. Kindly assist in resolving my concerns as we pay for the service on time but can’t receive the benefits for the same. I have attached the screenshot of the error which I receive on the app on a regular basis
