Our party from hosur has send some important documents to us by franch express courier awb no 22080376150 on date 30/09/2019 of which the courier person returned the consignment back on 10/10/19 mentioning party shifted but actually we have not shifted anywhere and the courier person never reached here, documents were so urgent for us that to proceeds the order given by our party and we have to face losses failing to deliver the order on time
i have attached the docket copy with this mail and request you to take strict actions against such courier services for acting so irresponsibly towards there duty to deliver on time and the consumer has to face unnecessary losses
