Hi my Fi account 55550100910197 and Registered mobile No., 9106171505
Fi has frozen my account due to this I am unable to withdraw money from it and unable to pay my dues i.e. Credit Card Bill, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Medical bills. I don’t know what to do now they are saying it is done due to suspicious activity but not giving clear answer.
Also i have tried to contact its mother company federal bank but they say we can not do entertain request for Fi:Money.
I request you to intervene and do take the necessary action.
