Dear Mr.Abhay Sarda,
It was a week back I received a phone call saying that online jobs are available. Since covid has slammed the entire job industry, we were also not having any jobs, thought of doing some work and get money. Then I said ok and took the assignment, not even looking your terms or agreements whatsoever. It was a lady from your office was giving guidelines through wsp. Now on this day of submission I have completed 100 out of 700 forms. I reiterate this job is totally new to me. I called them then your staff was saying that I have to pay
penalty. I got really surprised. Because these things were never told before taking of the jobs.
Please look into, if you give me extension without any penalty I will definitely complete this job and do the submission. Otherwise, if you are asking me to stop the job here, I can do that also.
I do not have any penny in my hand and that is the reason of taking up the job.

Hi,
I got a call from Rohit Kumar(7042259367)from(resumefilling.com) on 08-Oct-2020 and yesterday they have created the login account also without any instructions and guidance. He offers me for the work from home whereas I agreed but asked for the payment confirmation and all the terms and conditions but that guy didn’t mention about the payment of 6500+GST will be charged for not working or if 90% accuracy is not achieved. He had also not informed for any kind of agreement will be signed between us. I was asked for an address proof Id whereas the signature mentioned on the agreement is not the one which is the use they told me it’s for verification even I have a screenshot of the confirmation telling this sign is for verification it’s not mentioned anywhere it’s for the agreement. I can to know about the company fraudulence activity when I went through the agreement section there I found the same sign which I did for verification and it was mentioned in the agreement form then I found it suspicious and did the research and got to know about the whole story.
