i got call from hr Miss sarika +919650349134 . they told me that they will give me 700 forms for 7days and they will pay me 24500 rs for this submission. They asked me to provide my adhar card via whatsapp i had given them my adhar but when i read their agreement so i decline to join them .they call me again if you do it you have to pay the money otherwise they will take a legal action against me. then after few min an email was sent to me and said that legal case Id UL/9284E is going for a legal proceedings kindly hire a lowyer and go for further proceedings. we are the typing task going with the legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75,in the indian contract act 1872. Due to voilating the contract call for more details . after 5 days i found that this company is a fraud company .plz help me these are the no.8287745261 tarun kumar from customer care

On YouTube just watch the video “Online Data Scam.Fake court case” in which a cyber crime official has told the host that its not necessary to pay the money but if you want to teach them a lesson file a complaint against them.

I got a call for the same today, But my System is occupied by someone that`s why i told them to wait till night. I have sent my details & documents on whats-app.
I got a ID & Password for login through whats-app & Email both.
In the Email i got this Stamp Paper which seems to be fake, I read each and every line after which i don`t want to continue.
But for an better check of authenticity i opened their website (Its normal & cheap) then I played their Demo Video (which doesn’t look authentic through any angle)
But i neglected keeping all the circumstances in mind,
1) I Logged in to their portal with the Login credentials.
2) I saw a blank column to draw an digital signature with a button which says “Accept all Terms”
but there are no terms written on the page, (It could be the terms on the stamp paper received via Email or any other unknown)
I felt like signing an blank bank check or blank Paper MOU.
& stopped there. I haven’t done anything on that blank column & left the web page with the Back button.
Now then i saw your feedback here & want to have a conversation with you, m not continuing this shit, But i am still in contact with the firm, which could help your Police department or IT Cell to catch these assholes.
I am not mentioning any name or number of any person for a better plan.
Just reply on my text with your number, I will call you for sure.
& help me out if you think m stucked too.
Bhai mujhe agreement bhi nahi ayi hai gmail pe mere abhi ek unke bande se bat hui…usko mene bola ki mere dad police me hai mujhe bas confirm karna tha fraud hai ki nahi voh bolta ki “ ye dhamki hai” me bola me just bata raha tha papa puch rahe the isilye..

I have signed it and 5 days have gone what should i do now please tell!!!
Don’t waste your time.On 8th day a lawyer will send you notice to pay RS.6000.
As you get this email file an online complain to cybercrime with all the documents you have of this company.They will automatically get Silenced.

If they are asking for money it becomes extortion not at all allowed in India…..I directly complained to cybercrime on cybercrime.gov.in and blocked the no. Of that so called lawyer who doesn’t even know his registration no .
They threatened me with legal notice but for giving notice presence of a legal company needs to be there.
It’s all fraud there is no existence of a company named Freelancerforms at 707, Infinity Complex, Bhestan ,Surat…

The same thing is done with me and they are asking me to pay money otherwise you have to come in session court. And also, the same message has come to me that hire a lawyer for legal proceedings for legal proceedings.

You will get a call from police and after that everything will automatically stop.Do it at the instant. The same thing happened with me but everything stopped immediately after I did the complaint
