1. हेलो दोस्तों,
   मैं आप लोगों इस फ्रॉड के बारे में एक छोटे से मैसेज के माध्यम से समझता हूँ फिर भी अगर शक या कुछ समझ में न आये तो फिर आप सिर्फ हमको हमारे व्हाट्सएप्प पर मैसेज करिये कॉल नहीं क्योंकि हम कॉल पर बात नहीं कर सकते है।
   कुछ समझने वाली बातें है बस इनको ध्यान से समझिये क्योंकि आप जिस साइबर फ्रॉड में फसें है उसका समाधान आप स्वयं है।

   1. पूरे भारत देश में डिजिटल एग्रीमेंट का कोई नियम नहीं है यह बात मैंने अपने कुछ वकीलों और साइबर सेल कार्यालय से पता कि है और उन्होंने बताया है।
   2. ये जो कंपनियों का काम है इसको आप पूरा करिये या न करिये ये आपको फ़सा ही लेंगे या उसमें जबरजस्ती कुछ न कुछ गलतियाँ निकाल देंगे। जितने लोग फसे है उनमें से कोई एक भी बता दे कि उनको पैसे मिले है काम के किसी को नहीं मिले और अगर कोई ऐसा प्रूफ करता है तो समझ जाइये की वो उन फ़्रॉड्स लोगो का ही आदमी है।
   3. ये लोग कोई एडवोकेट, क्राइम ब्रांच, पुलिस वाले न ही ये लीगल है ये सब सिर्फ और सिर्फ फ़्रॉड्स लोग है कम पढ़े लिखे जाहिल लोग ये लोग लोगों को कोर्ट की धमकियाँ पुलिस केस की धमकियाँ फर्जी अरेस्ट वारेंट नाम की धमकियां दे दे कर उनसे पैसे लूटते है।
   4. आप लोग किसी परिचित के वकील या पुलिस वाले से पूछ लीजिये वो आपको सब सही सही बता देंगे।
   5. कोर्ट की नोटिस ईमेल पर नहीं आती न ही व्हाट्सएप्प मैसेज पर न ही एसएमएस द्वारा आता है इंडिया में कोर्ट इतना डिजिटल नहीं हुआ है। अगर ऐसा सच में होने लगे फिर तो हर घर से एक अपराधी ही निकलेगा।
   6. आप सभी लोग इनकी ईमेल, व्हाट्सएप्प मैसेज, फ़ोन मैसेज, फ़ोन कॉल और इनकी बातों को नजरअंदाज करें। ये लोग सिर्फ और सिर्फ डराते है जबकि ऐसा कोई केस नहीं होगा है। आम जनता कोर्ट केस और पुलिस के नाम से डरती है ये लोग उसी का फायदा उठाते है।
   7. मैंने इंटरनेट पर देखा है कि कुछ लोगों ने नोटिस की कॉपी लगाई है कि उनके घर ये नोटिस आयी है जब उसको चेक करवाया तो वो भी फर्जी ही थी इसलिए अगर किसी के घर कोई कागज आ भी जाये वैसे तो ये लोग जल्दी भेजते नहीं क्योंकि ये खुद फ्रॉड है फिर भी अगर आ जाये तो किसी को डरने की आवश्यकता नहीं वो बिना डरे अपना भविष्य देखे क्योंकि जो इनसे डरा वही इनके जाल में फ़सा पैसे भूल से भी न दे अगर किसी ने दिए भी है तो वो अपने जिले के साइबर सेल डिपार्टमेंट में व ऑनलाइन http://www.cybercrime.gov.in पर भी कंप्लेन करें।
   8. आप सभी लोग साइबर अपराध से स्वयं ही बच सकते शर्त ये है की आप लोगों किसी भी अज्ञान व्यक्ति की फ़ोन कॉल पर भरोसा 1% भी न करें न ही उनकी बातों को सच माने ये लोग पहले लालच देते है उसके बाद लोगों से पैसे लूट लेते है बिना किसी जानकारी के किसी पर भी भरोसा न करें।

   ये फ़्रॉड्स लोगों तो मुझसे इतना ज्यादा चिढ़ गए है कि पूछों मत मेरी वजह से इनका काफी नुकसान हुआ है लोगों से पैसे नहीं मिले इसलिए इन्होंने मुझसे बदला लेने के लिए मेरे नंबर को truecaller पर स्पैम लिस्ट में कर दिया है जिससे कि कोई भी व्यक्ति मुझसे संपर्क न करें मगर ये लोग यह नहीं जानते कि लोग समझदार है वो लोग एक बार मुझसे संपर्क जरूर करते और उनको 5-10 मिनट में एक बेहतर सुझाव मिल जाता है ।
   अगर मेरे किसी भी दोस्तों को किसी भी प्रकार की कोई भी समस्या हो साइबर अपराध से ले कर तो एक बार सम्पर्क कर ले मैं उनको सुझाव बेहतर दूंगा और उनके ऊपर आये इस साइबर अपराध के संकट को दूर करने की कोशिश तो जरूर करूँगा।

   I understand you about this fraud through a small message, but even if you do not understand the doubt or something, then you just message us on our Whatsapp, do not call because we cannot talk on the call.
   There are some understandable things, just understand them carefully because you are the solution to the cyber fraud in which you are caught.

   1. There is no rule of digital agreement in the whole of India and I have known this from some of my lawyers and cyber cell office and they have told.
   2. Whether or not you complete these companies’ work, they will trap you or will force them to remove some mistakes. Any one of the people who are trapped should tell that they have got money and no one can get any work and if someone proves it, then understand that he is the man of those frauds.
   3. These people are not an advocate, crime branch, police nor this is legal, they are all only and fraudulent people, less educated people, these people are making threats to the court by threatening people with threats of police case named fake arrest warrant. Loot money from them.
   4. You guys ask a lawyer or policeman of an acquaintance, he will tell you everything right.
   5. Court notice does not come on email nor on WhatsApp message nor by SMS Court in India has not been so digital. If this happens in reality then only one criminal will come out of every house.
   6. All of you people ignore their emails, WhatsApp messages, phone messages, phone calls and their talks. These people just and only scare when there will be no such case. The general public is afraid of court cases and the name of the police, these people take advantage of that.
   7. I have seen on the internet that some people have put a copy of the notice that this notice has come to their house when it was checked, it was also fake, so even if some paper arrives at someone’s house, they do not send it quickly. Because it is a fraud itself, even if it comes, then there is no need to fear anyone, they will see their future without fear, because whoever is scared of them, does not give the money in their trap by forgetting even if someone has given it, then they will be cyber in their district. Compile in cell department and also online at http://www.cybercrime.gov.in.
   8. All of you people can avoid cyber crime on your own, the condition is that you do not trust even 1% of any ignorant person’s phone call, nor do they believe their words to be true, they first lure people after that. Loot and do not trust anyone without any knowledge.

   These fraud people have irritated me so much, don’t ask me that they have caused a lot of damage because people have not received money from them, so they have put my number in the spam list on truecaller to get revenge from me so that any person can ask me Do not contact, but these people do not know that people are sensible, they do contact me once and they get a better suggestion in 5-10 minutes.
   If any of my friends have any kind of problem with cyber crime, then contact me once and I will give them better suggestion and I will definitely try to overcome this cyber crime crisis.
