My freecharge pay later bill was paid on billing date on 5th of July. However payment status is stuck on Pending for last 48 hours but money has been deducted from the bank.

To make better works Freecharge is imposing 10rs/day late fees, which is totally unjustifiable in this case.

Below are the concerns:
1. Poor support , Customer care portals doesn’t work. If they have 7 day buffer for resolving issues then they should have 7 day buffer for late fees. This will impact my CIBIL score as a result its customer harassment as a result of poor support and services.

2. With Pending status i am in no position to retry the payment also. This should be investigated further as part of possible fraudulent behavior from Freecharge side.
