Text of Complaint by MAHANTESH:

Dear Team,

I am regular user of FREECHARGE service.

My concern is I have done electricity bill through FREECHARGE,IN portal but I got new current bill with ARREARS which is not paid.

I have attached new bill copy and payment receipt with this mail.

Hope anyone of you can do the needful help me to rectify this issue and give me proper resolution
