Amazon Fresh now is just an aggregator. If there is any issue with Delivery, Missing items it’s the STORE issue, that’s what they will say and go around the circle and will never help to resolve. I ordered an item a ketchup bottle and when the item was delivered, it had a “FREE” item, which was not delivered. Now the excuse Amazon Support (which took me 10-15 mins to explain) is saying the ordered item did not have a freebie, and hence it was not provided. But if you are delivering an item at a price where the company is providing a freebie, it should be passed on to the consumer and not used by the store or Amazon? More than anything was disappointed with the customer service. I recommend walking down the store and buying the item as opposed to buying from Amazon as they will never resolve your problem and will blame the store people… This is my end to AMAZON FRESH ORDERS…
