I purchased goods with Rs 499- from Fashionmasters.in. transaction date is 12 Nov 2022.
PayU.in processed the payment acting on behalf of and as agent for Fashionmasters.in.
The goods were never delivered. The notification for the processed payment shows Ankesh Harsukhbhai Ramani as the payment beneficiary.
Since then the site has been taken down. Goods are not delivered. PayU is refusing to co-operate. PayU have not filed police complaint for fraud against this person Ankesh.
Ankesh cannot be reached on phone and does not answer emails. GoDaddy are the domain registrars. Ankesh appears to have operated some other site in the past from Surat, Gujarat.
We are getting 3 addresses for Ankesh, one for Gota area in Ahmedabad and 2 for Navagam location in Surat.
I want Ankesh Ramani to refund Rs. 499- and regulatory proceedings initiated against PayU.in
