Please refer to the trail mail from Air India (self – explanatory)

EXTRACT OF THE MAIL FROM AIR INDIA
The refund was processed after levying cancellation charges as no hospitalization was involved in your case and full refund cannot be processed as per rules of Medical Waiver.
With regard to your claim that outbound travel of yours was cancelled on full refund by the agent, we would like to clarify that no such waiver / authorization was given to agent by AIRINDIA , hence we request you to kindly liaise with your agent for the refunded amount and the reasons for providing full refund.

As advised by my lawyer kindly furnish the following details to take further course of legal action and take my case forward on behalf of my aged parents 87 and 83 years.
• Reason for the refunded amount and the reasons for providing full refund.
• Reason for denying refund for the return sector Goa to Mumbai (Date of Travel) as it is a round trip
• fraudulent mis-representation of facts with an intent to deceive my aged parents and deprive them of the much legitimate refund. It is a well known fact that EMT has all along being mis-guiding with an intent to delay my refund.
• the aggrieved parties suffered damage for being denied their refund, monetarily being denied of their refund from 04/01/2022 and mental harassment from the EMT Team who deliberately mis-led them into believing the refund and the approvals for the refund was pending from the side of the Airlines. (proof all emails from EMT)
• False disclaimers made by EMT with their advertisement GET FULL REFUND ON CANCELLATION DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS – PAY ZERO CONVENIENCE FEE – USE CODE : EMTNCF (advertisement enclosed). Mis-leading advertisement in order to lure gullible customers in the garb of grabbing business and a marketing gimmick.
• Maligning the reputation of a renewed Airlines like Air India and a deliberate attempt to mis guide and mis interpret facts so that as to divert attention from the facts. .
Based on the above, my family and me have become victims of your fraudulent misrepresentation of facts and have suffered damages, monetarily and also gone through mental harassment.

Would like to bring to your notice after my vigorous follow – up on behalf of my aged parents did I manage to get a refund on 10/11/2022 and amount of Rs. 8960/- (email attached) for the outbound sector Mumbai to Goa. Why did EMT not initiate the process of refund for the return sector – Goa to Mumbai at the same time for the round trip instead of fraudulently mis guidng my family with a deliberate attempt to mentally harass them and deny them of the refund due to them.

Kindly furnish the required details so that I can take this case forward and help my aged parents get the refund denied to them and resolve the issue and end the mental agony and harassment they are going through. This is the kind of service being provided by EMT to senior citizens, especially in time of COVID.

Else, resolve the issue amicably by refunding the refund due to my aged parents.
