I am Sudip Dey. On 28.8.20 in connection with asking refund for defective product delivered by Snapdeal, i found a mobile no 7439290911 for complaint. I contacted over the no and a person introduced him to be from snapdeal and provided links. I pressed the links, otp was generated. By mistake i shared the otp and thus Rs. 19999 and 4999 moved from my account to Ecom Pur/AeronPay/280820. Sir kindly look into the matter and arrange crediting my account.
