Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that on 24/01/19, my account was debited twice with an amount of rupees 20000 and 5000 respectively through my account. But i did not do the transactions on that day as i was on flight. Therefore i request you to please look into matter and inform us. Even the SBI is not taking any action regarding this matter.
