Dear Sir,

This is with regard to my recent payment towards purchase of one saree, I have mada a payment of Rs. 399/- (Rupees Three Hundered and Ninty Nine only) through online banking. Later on realised its a fraudulent website

I here by submit few evidence details for your furhter perusal to investigate in this case, do necessary actions to recover the same and compensate to me.

List of evidences:

1. Recevied SMS confirmation from “BT-CLOTHM” followed by online payment is as ” Your order is successfully received. Your order number is 77207. your shipment will be delivered in 10-12 days. Email:[email protected]” on 28 Dec 2018, i.e., Friday at 10.20 pm.
2. Payment made through HDFC CREDIT CARD on 28th Dec 2018
3. Clothsmart.in was accessed from Facebook

Request your good offices and officers to take immediate action against the defaulters, recover the money and arrange compensating the same to my bank account.
