Text of Complaint by Susan:

On 9th oct 2020, I receive an sms with a link that said I won a safari storm in the lucky draw of snap deal. I used the link and it confirmed my winning and showed my details of name, and address and phone number. It seemed very legit.I checked and was convinced it may be true.

I was asked to pay4200 to register and claim prize on the same day.I did to a bank account number belonging to snap deal Pvt ltd and an ifsc code too.

I used the information to make the payment.then started the vague suspicion.tds, cgst, sgst  amounts were asked to be paid.I did till I ran out of funds.

They shared whatsapp number, aadhar card,ID card all indicating it belonged to alok Kumar, office address was parshedpur u.p

The whatsapp number is still active.

I have a gut feeling I have been duped.Lodging this complaint to get  a redressal
