There was a fraudulent case through my upi I’d from Paytm dated 9 feb 2020…. Of 28,360….I immediately complained to Paytm….but they did not responded and shift the complain to bank by saying that I have to complain sbi for reversal of money….and bank told me that UPI platform is of Paytm so Paytm will be responsible….it was sunday so none of them registered my complain…next day I went to bank and register my complain to bank…but they told when Paytm will give back my money they can return…..I further complained to Paytm….they registered my complain…afterwards they keep on asking for every detail like transaction number, atm number….and other details…..but did not took any action….after nearly one month…they said that the user has used the money and Paytm is unable to return the money………..I keep on asking about the account num or phone number of the person who has used my money….but they did not inform me anything saying that it’s confidential………my money is lost is being used by some person who is unknown to me……..kindly help me in this regard…….I am in very much mental pressure………it took one month to reply that Paytm can not refund the money…..what kind of security system is it……..
