I recd a call from Simpl paylater today and on IVR i was told that someone is trying to change my simpl pay account number and if i have not requested to press 1#. then the IVR told me to enter the 4 digit code which was sent to me. i did that and multiple 12 transactions with zomato of Rs. 1998.50 and one transaction of Rs. 1820 were done.
i tried complaing to simpl thru the chat but didnt get any response from their end. attaching the sreen shots
