I did a booking in Agoda on 13/09/2021 at 9.00pm. I booked a resort and selected the pay option. My account got debited with 20000 rupees but did not get any confirmation or booking ID from Agoda. The money was paid to Retail Domestic PT. when contacted agoda they responded with a complaint email and did not get any further support. how do I get the money back?
