I have made a booking through Agoda on 13.02.2021. A sum of Rs. 10803.96 debited from my card account through RETAIL DOMESTIC PT MUM. , but no booking made.
Checked with Agoda customer care and they are saying that there is no such transaction made. Kindly help me.
