Dear sir, My name is yuvarakesh from kadapa my complaints already 2 were filed and same order was kept at flipkart order no. OD429618559471752100 on nov7th later the delivery date is 11th Nov we paid through credit card in advance rs. 34188/- now also without intimating and the e kart team comes to deliver the product they are not in a position to deliver the product at house they simply shows the product and they asking to reveal Otp we fight each other the ekart team is rude behavior so I said get out he went away. Finally I call to flipkart team they said we will resolve the problem with in 14 Nov 23 after that just now refunded my amount. I paid to credit card what about my debit charges and what about my interest calculated they are doing malpractices at online shopping and earning money like offering the product and collecting money from us and lastly if we fight they will get sudden action refunded. The history repeats same last time I file complaint 2 times but no response flipkart is fake online shopping simply and doing frauds to the common people
