I was trying to book a hotel stay through agoda and the payment option was upi when I booked it it got transferred to retail domestic pt and Agoda has no record of the funds being transferred

Agoda fraudulently debited our card with a full booking when all do d was click “select room” to view more details about the room. No review details or proceed to Payment. Agoda claimed we had used the “swipe to book button”, which is a lie. We don’t know what this button is and have never used it. This booking is non- refundable. Agoda is a fraud and needs to be shut down. We will complain via the Ombudsman.
