Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Vivek from South Africa. My aged mom uses the following vodafone number – +91 983 651 5182. Its a postpaid number. I manage paying Invoice to Vodafone every month and there is no dues at all. She tried to make a missed call(please note it was a Missed Call) on 28th May , 2019 and FYI, I have never received any call from this number then. All of a sudden , Immediately vodafone charged almost 1800 INR. I dont know why.
Would you please escalate this matter and look into this.

And now they have blocked the number , so i am not able to contact my mom since then. She is not well. PLease help me.

I will wait for your response. Since i live abroad , please communicate with me via email.

i am not willing to pay any single money to vodafone for such kind of fraud service by Vodafone India.

I realy need to speak to my mother. If anything goes wrong(God forbid) to her , Vodafone will be responsible.
