Hi,
This is with reference to transaction of INR 100 that i had done using the QR code of my Postpe to City Care Hospitals on 27th August 2022 at 08:22 PM.
When i did the transaction of INR 100 on the above mentioned date and later checked my Postpe limit i was charged twice for the same transaction. I raised a complaint to the email id mentioned on Postpe card on 28th August around 01:10 am but no response received.
Again on 30th August i raised another written complaint to another Postpe customer service email id. They asked me to chase the merchant and get him to sign up for BharatPe without taking responsibility for the above technical issue. When i retorted that this is such an absurd resolution and its because of a technical glitch in the app which Postpe is accountable for, they informed they would connect with me for the resolution. Its been 7 days and the team hasnt reached out to me.
They only gave me a call on Sunday 04th September around 03:26 pm which i missed and then they just wrote a response saying your not contactable but post that aren’t responding any further. The Postpe service provider isnt taking accountability for technical glitch on the app but have sent me repeated reminders to clear the dues including ones caused because of the above technical glitch.
Seeking an official complaint against Postpe for the above.
