I had ordered a set of cargo pants on 30th October 2023 from an e-commerce company named ‘Diclon clothing’ (https://diclon.in/). I received my order today on 4th November 2023. I had paid an amount of INR 899 for the parcel delivered by ‘ekart’. The product I received was in a pathetic condition. It was nothing like what was displayed on the site moreover it was horribly dirty. After that when I tried to contact them I realised that they had not provided any contact number through which I could seek help which I found suspicious. They duped me by a fraudulent act and conducted misrepresentation.
