About 9 days back I received a call from KIA Motors for RSA card which will be send to my home address. I will have to pay some amount. Within 2 days I received the courier from ECOM express and handed over the card. I was told to pay ₹3500. I paid the amount as I thought this was genuine. However when I tried to call multiple phone numbers provided, none were working. I called up KIA motors and they told me they did not send any courier and this was fake vendor.
I frantically called up ECOM express to stop payment, but they already paid the amount to the vendor. I also send emails to the company which provided the RSA card. Once when they picked up my call, I was told ₹3500 will be refunded. However since then, the company is incommunicado.
