I ordered below mentioned product on 04 January 2024 and received the package on 05 January 2024. Order details:

Order was placed with below mentioned seller
Smart Dukkan , Rekha Bhadu
Seller uses Smart Dukkan service to run an online store.
On opening the package at home, I found that the package had no projector but rather it was stuffed with Newspaper and one small USB wire. This is clearly fraudulent transaction since there is no way to contact seller and as seen on consumer complaint website, the same issue has been faced by other consumers with this seller.
Request government agencies to take necessary action against the seller Smart Dukkan, Rekha Bhadu and help me get my hard earned money back. I want full refund and legal action to be taken against this fraudulent seller.
