I ordered a Black planetarium projector on 04-01-2024 and it was delivered on 05-01-2024. I paid INR 1299/- Cash on delivery to the courier. On opening package I found that the box was stuffed with newspapers and there was no product inside the package. On reaching out to NimbusPost the courier delivery service they informed me that they cannot assist. I cannot reach out to the seller and as such fraud has been committed for INR 1299/- BY THE SELLER, Rekha Bhadu. The seller uses smart dukaan platform as an online store and as I have seen has done similar fraudulent sales with other consumers as well. I would like a full refund and necessary action to be taken against the seller for fraud dealings with multiple consumers.

Is the courier company number of Nibuspost who collected the shipment from this fraud Smart dukkan rekha bhadu in Gurugram . Hopefully they can provide a valid address of this fraud to police.
