Avinati Customer Care,
I am writing to formally complain regarding my recent COD order for the Smart Goggles advertised on your website for ₹1,499.
I received the parcel today and paid ₹1,499 in cash on delivery. However, immediately after receiving the parcel, I opened it in the presence of the courier/delivery person and found that the product inside was merely an ordinary, low-value goggle, completely different from the smart goggles advertised and ordered from your website.
