I would like to report a case of suspected online shopping fraud. On 27th May 2025, I came across an Instagram advertisement by a website called vkcart.com, offering innerwear products. The website allowed only Cash on Delivery (COD), and I placed an order for a bra, expecting a confirmation email — which I never received.
The product was delivered on 30th May 2025 via Ekart Logistics, but:
I received no confirmation email or SMS.
The product received was not as shown and of very poor quality.
The website has no valid return policy or customer support information.
The contact number listed is now unreachable.
Upon further inspection, the site has fake reviews and appears to be deceptive in nature.
I strongly believe this website is scamming people via Instagram ads. Request:
I request an immediate investigation into vkcart.com.
I request a full refund for the product.
I request that this fraudulent site and ad be taken down to prevent further scams.
I also request that appropriate legal action be initiated against the operators.
