I have placed an order on 26.12.2020 for Jbl bluetooth speaker for Rs.1799.00 under order no. IN34314002 but on 29.12.2001 i received one Chinese speaker which is not working, on payment of Rs. 1799.00 in cash through Ecom express courier under AWB no. 8715944640. Please take appropriate steps to refund my amount and return that product.
