On 20/03/2024, I engaged with Aditya Bitcoin Trading Company who promised me to earn a good profit for me on my behalf. I invested Rs. 10,000 INR to them. After that they told me that they have earned a good margin of profit. To withdraw it from their account they need Rs. 19,999 INR as transaction fees. I paid them the transaction fees in the QR code in which I paid them Rs. 10,000 INR that day earlier. They told me that I have paid them in the wrong account and will have to pay it again in the correct one. So, the day after I again paid them Rs. 19,999 INR in another account of them. After that they told me that I have to pay Rs. 25,996 INR as 18% GST to get my amount cleared. Then, I got furious and threatened them to take legal actions but they seemed careless about it. I asked them that why they had not told me earlier about these additional charges, but I didn’t get a reply from their side. After that also I paid them the GST fees and they told me that I will get my money back with profit. After sometime, they told me to again pay them Rs. 21,999 INR as 20% fees as their commission. Then, I threatened them for taking legal actions but they told that it necessary to pay their fees to get my money returned. So, I again paid them the fees. Now, they told me that I will get my money back. But after sometime, they stopped replying back and they blocked me. In total, I paid them Rs. 97,993 INR but got fully cheated by them.
As a consumer, I am deeply troubled by the lack of accountability and transparency exhibited by Aditya Bitcoin Trading Company. I believe that bringing attention to this issue is crucial in protecting other consumers from falling victim to similar fraudulent practices.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and advocating on my behalf to seek redress. Any guidance or support you can provide in resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.
