Dear sir/ mam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the deceptive and fraudulent practices of (fake product website voqora.com). I am a consumer who fell victim to their deceitful operations, and I am seeking your assistant in resolving
this matter.
On 11-3-2024, I visited the website of vokora.com and purchase yellow green malmal cotton suit, sold by voqora advertised on Instagram platform and their is a link of their website. I open the website through their link and order the same suit which was described on Instagram id page name (indikurti). The product was described as https://voqora.com/collections/frocks this reel i see and order one dress on cash on delivery option and i received wrong product received, and I was enticed by the promises made regarding its quality and effectiveness.
However upon receiving the product I immediately notice discrepancies between the advertise features and the actual product received. The item was inferior quality significantly different from the description provided on the website additionally it failed to function as advertised rendering it practically useless to me.
Furthermore attempts to contact indikurti seller brand name Voqora for a refund or exchange proved futile. Their customer service was non-responsive, and my calls and WhatsApp messages went unanswered it became evident that was Indikurti seller brand name Voqora operating with the soul intention of deceiving consumers and absconding with their money.
I firmly believed that indikurti seller brand name voqora has violated consumer protection laws by engaging fraudulent practices ,false advertising and failure to provide adequate customer service. Their actions have caused to financial loss and mental discharge to numerous consumers like myself.
Therefore I am lodging this formal complaint with the consumer court and urge you to take appropriate action against (fake product website). I request a full investigation into their operations and seek restitution for the financial losses in cured due to their fraudulent activities.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the purchase receipt, screenshots of the product description from indikurti seller brand name Voqora and any correspondence attempted with their customer service team for your reference.
I trust in the consumer court’s commitment to up holding consumer rights and ensuring justice for victims of fradulent practices. I eagerly await you are prompt action in this matter.
