Text of Complaint by Nishi Thakur:

I am filing a complaint against Simplilearn for discontinuing promised live classes for the Data Science course after taking full payment. Despite raising multiple complaints since 9th July, my issues remain unresolved, with Simplilearn closing tickets as duplicates and sending irrelevant emails.

Key components like Deep Learning and R Programming were removed from the curriculum, and only old recordings are offered instead of live classes. Simplilearn’s customer care number (1800-212-7688) is disabled, and they fail to confirm their physical address or respond through email, which is highly suspicious. Despite sending repeated emails to stop my monthly installment payments, Simplilearn continues to charge me while no live classes are available.

Simplilearn’s actions have caused significant mental stress and disrupted my learning process. They now offer a one-year course extension without live classes for Deep Learning, which is unacceptable.
