I had ordered “Dummy Air Pistol” from Tenexe.com (order no. 2366) and the company charged Rs 2943 (incl of GST) which was paid online by me on 18.08.2021 . In return the company emailed its invoice (as attached). The proprieter Mr Vivek Atray Sharma promised to despatch the item within 7 days. But even after two weeks the item was not despatched despite payment of item cost. Now the company /proprieter does not recieve my phone call from last 4-5 days and also shut down the website www.tenexe.com. Today I got a mail that my order no. 2366 has been cancelled but the company has not refunded my money. This is direct case of cheating. Pl arrange to take strict action against this fraudster. I have experienced the same for same product. I had ordered Dummy Pistol on 16th of September 2021. But still he hasnt delivered and not receiving calls. Please take action against this person and website.
