Dear Sir,
My JIO SIM #6294298285 was lost.I applied for a repalcement SIM at a JIO service centre
at Barasat,North 24 Pargana,WB on 14/03/2021.After proper verification of my original docuents and capturing of my photo a new SIM was provided to me which started functioning after 4 hours.On 16 I received the following message in my mobile phone-
“We care for you! Your number 6294298285 is scheduled for port-in to
Airtel-West Bengal tonight at 00:40:00 hrs. Please keep the new SIM
8991000904606454697U ready and insert the same once your existing SIM
displays no network to start using airtel services. Thank you.”
At 00:40:00 hrs the network of my said SIM was lost.
I informed the matter to the AIRTEL Co. on 16/03/2021 at 5 PM but so far I have not received any response from AIRTEL.
Today,i.e. I lodged another complaint,the details are as-
“With reference to my previous mail I have not received any reply from your end.My JIO No.6294298285 has been transferred to Airtel throgh the means of portability.I would like to lodge a complaint in this regard that, how is it possible that portability of my JIO No.has been changed without my consent.I want to see the documents on the basis of which such changes have ocurred.It is a fraudulent activity if you do not bother to pay attention to this issue then I have to go for legal action and due to this portability if I happen to suffer any sort of damage,financial or any other,the Airtel company would be made accountable for this”
Please help me in sorting out the issue.
