I have been looking for PG or 1RK or 2BHK sharing apartments in Andheri East , Mumbai and when I searched for it on nobroker , I received an automatic message that Mr. Debashish may be contacted as he is the property owner of the same and he has asked me to deposit initial visiting card purpose money of Rs. 2000. After transferring the amount , he has diverted the call to another person – Mr. Manab who is the manager of the owner and he has asked me to pay Rs.8000 and Rs.99 as visiting card purpose and property finalization process . I was unknowingly trapped in this and made the payment of Rs.2000 and Rs.8099 on 10- Aug-2023. Till now they have not prepared my visiting card and they say i made wrong payment of 8099 as I had to pay Rs.8000 and Rs.99 separately and are asking me to pay another Rs. 8000 for the visiting card to be finalized and they say they will transfer total Rs. 16099 to my account within 5 mins. Request you to kindly look into the issue
