I have ordered 2 Slim Cargo Pants (size 32) Combo for INR 899 (Cash on Delivery) on 21st Aug’23 through Faction Hut. The order id ST21AUG6840, received via Ship Rocket delivery services on 26th Aug’23 with 1 dirty bell bottom pants (size 28) and when asked the delivery boy, he suggested to initiate return on the Ship Rocket App and no option is available yet. I regretfully inform the Consumer Forum that there are frauds across India (primarily NCR) and there has been no check on them. Kindly register my complaint help the nation by catching such frauds.
