Text of Complaint by Anwesh Hasanabad:

In the MEESHO app, I placed an order for one item. And I received the product, which is of poor quality, thus I’ve filed a return request. and the item has been picked up by the delivery person on Aug 18th but till now the app indicates that a return initiated delivery person would arrive to pick up the item, and I have filed a complaint with MEESHO by phoning customer service, and I have received a letter from MEESHO stating that “we found that your product is not picked up yet. Kindly coordinate with your customer. Hence, we will not be able to process the refund for the same.”
