Text of Complaint by Renu Hinduja:

I placed order for a top with fancylook on 7th December, 2020. There was no cash on delivery payment option. I paid amount of Rs.199/- through internet banking

Though I have received sms for deduction of Rs.199/- through Razorpay software pvt ltd. gateway, I havn’t received any message confirming the order or delivery thereof. I have sent mails on 8th and 9th December, 2020 to the mail ID provided on the website of fancylook.com but there is no response till date.

Kindly help.
