I had placed an order on Meesho on 30/01/24 11:32 AM to the company A S Trading Co , AAYESHA ENTERPRISES, THE MAJESTIC COLLECTION I have made a payment of ₹850, where I got a discount of ₹59 from ₹909 for payment via online. I have payment proof and my order status isn’t showing or neither received any messages of order being placed from Meesho when I checked the app the items I ordered are still in cart!
MY MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BUT NO ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED!!!!
I never expected this from from Meesho, I tried reaching out customer service but their responses was not comforting or appealing. I do need the amount or the product follow up shown.
Please resolve this issue by confirming my order or by giving a refund and a compensation.
I have also waited for 24-48hours as suggested by the customer care but no update has been processed.
