I ordered 5 pair of shoes of worth 13036rs and received 200rs worth poor shoes and when I asked for return they blocked me. I want my refund

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
