I have tried to book flight ticket from Lucknow to Srinagar for my colleague Mr Akhilesh Kumar Pandey on 18 &19 Aug 2021from Travolook site.Both time the booking amount ie.Rs 5448 & Rs 5989 (screenshot attached)have been deducted from my account but no ticket has been booked.I have communicated so many times to their customer care.Every time they were assured me with fake commitment that my refund will be credited within next 14 days.But even after 7 months they haven’t refunded a single paise to me.Please take necessary action against this fraudulent company.
