Dear sir,
I vamsi Krishna,been using SBI credit card since 2018, request you to give justice, after many attempts to approach to SBI credit card member who didn’t respond.
My credit card number being 4377486009155654, exp date 01/25
Was having 80000/- due by July 2022. I saw some fraudulence and tried to reach customer care for explanation. Instead of resolving they said to pay the minimum bill, which I did. But still after me not swiping or not using the credit card, today my credit bill charges raised to 1,40,000/-.
Now an agent, saying himself as SBI credit agent, has come to home and doing nuisance in locality even after giving explanation.
Kindly give justice.
