I have purchased Boat airpods, watches etc. But I am not receiving any communication Email or message. When I call to payment gateway PayU they say transaction was successful with ID on 26/06/2023. They are not refund any amount and I am unable to track the fraudulent merchant contact number or details. I am having payment gateway PayU platform transaction ID and screenshot of the confirmation.
Please take some immediate action on this issue. Even on a daily basis we are receiving this kind of scam in Facebook and social media pages.
Kindly check and confirm for the refund.
