Text of Complaint by Namdev Gaikwad:

Dear sir/madam,
As I had due date of my EMI repayment of amazon paylater dated 05 December 2022. I have paid it 02 days before at dated 2nd and 3rd Dec 2022 Transaction OF Rupees 3828/-(800rs And 3000)By Manually Payment Done By Amazon Pay . But Still Due Are Showing Amount of Rs 2837 Rupees And Today This Amount Auto Debited From My Bank Account.I have successfully Emi Paid On Dated 2nd N 3rd December To idfc first Bank So why i can paid Deu Amount of 2837 rupees.I Have didn’t get any confirmation sms from IDFC first Bank, since the Amazon Paylater is saying that my transaction was successful. and also Amazon customer service is saying that if this transaction do not reflect on my account before 5 December 2022 then i have to pay Penalty for that. And IDFC bank’s call are not Responds And also complaints Raise To Amazon But issue Not solve well for further assistance. They didn’t send me the confirmation sms of my transaction as well.
