Myself Ayan Chandra a regular customer of Flipkart. On 20th April I have ordered a mobile handset vide order number OD327886659002377100.In this order there were 2 item.1. OnePlus 11R handset – Rs. 44515.002. Mobile Protection Plan- Rs. 2599.00 Total- Rs.47114.00
On 21st April I have cancelled the order and Flipkart refunded me only the amount of handset i.e. Rs. 44515.00. But they have not provided the refund of Rs. 2599.00 till now.
Till now the status of “Mobile Protection Plan” is “Cancellation Requested”. Since 22/04/2023 I have contacted Flipkart regarding this. They have provided date and date.on 22/04/2023 they have promised to solve this issue by 25/04/2023on 25/04/2023 they have promised to solve this issue by 28/04/2023
on 28/04/2023 they have promised to solve this issue by 02/05/2023
Today they are telling me to wait upto 07/05.2023. I request you to take a remarkable step against this kind of fraudulent incident and for providing fake dates.
I have complained at NCH vide complain no-4479115 but they have put fake remarks in it. Kindly take some remarkable steps so that any company can not provide fake remarks in NCH portal. I am enclosing the NCH complaint details and other papers.
