Dear sir/madam
Subject: Fraudulent Delivery Status for Order 408-8956618-4006765

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon India regarding a fraudulent delivery status for an order I placed. My name is Arvind Kushwaha, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received.

On 05-09-2023, I placed an order with Amazon India for Rakhi under order number 408-8956618-4006765. According to the Amazon app, the product was marked as “delivered” on 09-09-2023, even though I have not received it. This has left me greatly concerned and frustrated.

Since discovering this discrepancy, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by contacting Amazon India Customer Care. Unfortunately, each time I have called, I have received inconsistent and conflicting information from different customer care representatives. The responses I have received thus far include vague explanations, promises of follow-up that never occurred, and a general lack of accountability for the missing product.

I would like to highlight the following key issues and concerns:

Fraudulent Delivery Status: The Amazon app falsely indicates that the product has been delivered, which is not the case. This misrepresentation is misleading and unacceptable.

Inconsistent Customer Service: The customer care team has provided conflicting and unreliable information regarding the whereabouts of my order, making it impossible for me to ascertain its status.

Lack of Accountability: Amazon India has failed to take responsibility for this issue or provide a concrete plan of action to resolve it.

I kindly request that Amazon India thoroughly investigate this matter and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. My preferred resolution would be to either locate and deliver the missing product as per my original order or provide a refund for the purchase.

I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue. If my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe, I may have no choice but to escalate this matter through legal channels.

I value the trust I have placed in Amazon India as a reliable e-commerce platform, and I believe in the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope this issue can be resolved amicably.
