Hello Sir/Madam,
VZ-ViCMS company deducted my balance of Rs.20/- without any subscription. I received a message from VZ-ViCMC that they automatically deducted ₹20 from my main account balance for their fun portal servise. Customer care of vodafone idea told me no VAS was activated. Hence, without any subscription they are fraudulently deducting my balance. Please help me to get my balance back.
