Text of Complaint by Justine Jose:

My main account balance was debited twice in last two weeks, the message from “VZ-ViCMS” says I have downloaded something. I had contacted VI customer on this and when this happened for the first time, they said they have blacklisted value-added service from being able to debt from my balance and credited back the amount.

But it happened again, this time VI customer care says they cannot do anything. They have no information to stop this from happening or to credit back my money.

I am seeing a lot of complaints like this in here.  People are losing money and it growing.

There should be some level of authorization before it debits the mail balance.  We need some action to be taken here and a method/information to stop it from happening again.
