In july j got a call from Quikr for data entry job for data entry by Radeon technology company. I heard the terms and conditions in which they said that I have to fill 800 forms in 8 days with 90% accuracy and if I fail to submit I have to pay 4700 rupees.i agreed to their terms and conditions but I skipped one condition that I have to open it in computer or laptop which was written in contract. I opened the login I’d and password in phone e to check the demo work to start but it got blocked.  ThenI called them in their helpline number to get it unblocked but they told me to first pay them 8500 rupees to unblock the I’d. I mean I accepted the job to earn money not to pay them.J asked them if they can deduct the money from my salary or make me do the work for free without any salary but they said to first pay them 8500 or wait for eight days until ur case is forwarded. I searched for that company in Google and read all the complaints and decided not to pay them any money. But after 2 weeks I started getting messages and calls from some lawyer named neha to either pay money in 45 minutes or a notice will be released from Aurangabad district court, Maharashtra against the penalty and breach of contract. Now they are sending me emails and messages that that notice will reach your hour in 2 days . Either pay the money or summon in the court. So I wanted to ask what should I do to get rid of this company and its accusations because it’s like a mental torture now. I wanted to earn some money in quarantine and they are just trying to harass people. I hereby know that the company is fraud but I don’t know what should I do to get out of this situation like if I haven’t done the work and not even started or seen so on what terms this company is asking for money. So if anyone can help I’ll be very thankful.
